Automatic welding machines produce a continuous, tested pipe string ready for single-pull installation.

On-site mixing tanks and recycling systems keep the bore stable and the cuttings moving in every soil type.
Locating & bore tracking
Mag 8 and Mag 9 walkover systems, TKQ locators and beacon transmitters verify the drill head position meter by meter.
HOW WE DELIVER
ONE METHOD, FOUR ACTS

Pilot bore
A steerable drill head enters at a shallow angle and tracks a pre-engineered curve beneath the obstacle, guided in real time by ParaTrack gyro and walkover locating.

Reaming
The pilot hole is enlarged in staged passes with reamers matched to the soil strata, conditioned with engineered drilling fluid from our mixing plants.

Pullback
The welded, tested pipe string is pulled back through the reamed bore in one continuous, controlled operation.

On grade. On line.
The pipeline exits exactly where the design says it should. Traffic above never stopped. That is the Crossroad standard.
